11092017 – Retirement

My dad retired in March and now his whole life is glued to his desktop especially after the passing of our family dog.

Today I suggested he draw, practise calligraphy, write down his childhood memories with a pen and paper, and go outdoors, instead of immersing himself in a world that seems to promise a lot, but can actually reward him very little. To be honest, I have zero confidence that he would listen to me, but let’s see. The fact is that when you really care about somebody, and that person spends too much time on computer, your heart simply aches for that.
