Beef Mince Stirfry

My idea of a lazy dinner.

Today I had a craving for some red meat which I usually hardly eat. Got some 5% fat beef mince for protein and potatoes for carbs (couldn't be bothered to spend time boiling pasta or cooking rice), and I was good to go.

Basically chuck everything (except for the spinach) in the pan and stir here and there with the chopsticks I later used for eating (I'm not a spatula person). I didn't put in any oil because the fat from mince was already quite phenomenal. Drop the spinach and a few dollops of soy sauce before your last stretch of stir.

If you know how to stir and would not drop a few dollops of coke instead, you too can easily make this lazy but nutritious and full-of-flavour dinner like I did.
